Fire at psychiatric hospital No. 14 in Ramensky

On the night of 26 April 2013 a building of psychiatric hospital No. 14 in Ramensky, Dmitrovsky district, Moscow Oblast, caught fire. According to the Russian Emergencies Ministry (MChS), 38 people died.
