Mass poisoning by counterfeit alcohol in Orenburg Oblast

From 7 October 2021 residents of eastern Orenburg Oblast were poisoned by counterfeit alcohol containing methanol. According to the press office of the regional governor and government, as reported by Interfax, 35 people died.
