Fire at the Oksochi psychoneurological care home, Novgorod Oblast

On the night of 13 September 2013 the men's wing of the Oksochi psychoneurological care home in Malovishersky district, Novgorod Oblast, burned down. According to the Investigative Committee, 37 people died.
