Explosion in a Gefest-M warehouse in Lesnoy

On 15 August 2025 an explosion, followed by the detonation of ammunition, hit a warehouse storing gunpowder and ammunition on the premises of Gefest-M in Lesnoy, Shilovsky district, Ryazan Oblast. According to the Ministry of Emergencies, 28 people died.
