Flood in southern Siberia

Altai Republic, Altai Krai, Tuva Republic, Republic of Khakassia · 29 May 2014

In late May 2014 heavy rain flooded settlements in the Altai Republic, Altai Krai, Tuva and Khakassia. On 31 May 2014 the Government Commission declared an emergency there and set the federal level of response.
